Moving out of the area:
Please have the following information ready and call our customer service line at 503.648.4219.

• Address where service will be stopped
• Name on the account
• Last day service will be requested and we can collect the carts. Please note that the final collection must occur on your regularly scheduled collection day.
• Forwarding address for billing information

Moving to another location in our service area:
Please call one week in advance of making your move and have the following information available when calling our customer service line at 503.648.4219.

• Address where service will be stopped
• Name on the account
• Last day service will be requested at the old address
• New address for service and requested start up date

We will provide you with your new pick up day when you call to make the service change.
