As a residential customer we have several service options available to you. Listed below are the two most common service types, cart sizes and cost per month. Please review the service types and find the one that will best fit your needs.

We ask that you be moved in to your residence before calling to set up new service. The carts and or bins relative to your service type will be delivered to your home and it is important you are there to receive them. Once we drop them off you are liable for the carts. Additionally, if the home you are moving into had it's carts left behind, we will need to get the cart(s) identification numbers from you.

When you are ready to set up new service, have the following information ready for our customer service representative then call 503-648-4219:
 
  • Pickup address where service will take place
  • Billing address (if different than the pickup address)
  • Telephone number
  • Social Security Number
  • Cart identification numbers (if there were carts left behind from the previous owners)

Weekly Collection Service Options (standard service):
20 gallon cart
35 gallon cart
60 gallon cart
In city cost/month: $17.70
In city cost/month: $21.10
In city cost/month: $30.25
Out of city cost/month: $19.39
Out of city cost/month: $21.10
Out of city cost/month: $30.62

This service option includes weekly garbage collection, every other week recycle and yard debris collection. Will Call Service:
Will-call collection is a special service option designed for customers who need infrequent or sporadic garbage collection. Compared to our standard service package, will-call rates are more expensive especially when multiple collections are requested per month.

IN CITY cost per pickup: $11.01 - This entitles the in city will-call customer to garbage collection and will-call recycle collection to be scheduled only when garbage service is requested.

OUT OF CITY customers on the will-call collection program have a two component billing system as follows:
Monthly will-call service fee: $9.24 - This monthly fee establishes a will-call account and entitles will-call customers to every other week recycling services.
Will-call collection fee: $4.08 - This fee is charged each time a "will-call" garbage collection is requested.
