Start Service

Residential

As a residential customer we have several service options available to you. Listed below are the two most common service types, cart sizes and cost per month. Please review the service types and find the one that will best fit your needs.

We ask that you be moved in to your residence before calling to set up new service. The carts and or bins relative to your service type will be delivered to your home and it is important you are there to receive them. Once we drop them off you are liable for the carts. Additionally, if the home you are moving into had it’s carts left behind, we will need to get the cart(s) identification numbers from you.

When you are ready to set up new service, have the following information ready for our customer service representative then call (503)-648-4219

  • Pickup address where service will take place
  • Billing address (if different than the pickup address)
  • Telephone number
  • Last 4 digits of Social Security Number
  • Cart identification numbers (if there were carts left behind from the previous owners)

Commercial

We host a comprehensive list of options for your commercial refuse disposal needs from a single 35 gallon refuse cart to commercial containers of 1, 1.5, 2, 3, 4, 6 and 8 yard proportions. In addition, our roll-off based business will haul, unload and return customer owned trash and recycle compactors. Small offices, single and multi-unit apartment complexes, restaurants, retail malls, large shared office buildings and government agencies are among those of whom we are happy to service.

Every customer has specific needs and it is our goal to make sure your needs are met. Location and container size requirements vary from business to business. Due to the large number of variables we request that you call our office at (503)-648-4219 and describe to us your refuse collection requirements. With years of experience to reference we may have just the solution you are looking for or we can visit you at your location and perform a site survey to assist you in setting up customized refuse collection services.

Monday 01/15/2024 to Wednesday 01/17/2024 customers can set out garbage this week 01/22/2024 thru 01/26/2024 equivalent to service size at no extra charge.
Monday through Wednesday yard debris will be picked up on your next scheduled yard debris day.

Drop Box Height Configuration

10 Yard Drop Box Configuration

Generally used for heavy materials such as dirt or concrete.

Materials CANNOT protrude above the top edge of the box.

20 Yard Drop Box Configuration

Generally used for composite roofing waste materials and construction/demolition

Materials CANNOT protrude above the top edge of the box. Extremely heavy materials cannot excede the heavy load limit line.

30 Yard Drop Box Configuration

Generally used for large construction sites and lighter, bulkier materials.

Materials CANNOT protrude above the top edge of the box.

40 Yard Drop Box Configuration

Generally used for large construction sites and large, light-weight materials.

Materials CANNOT protrude above the top edge of the box.
