Stop/Change Service

Moving out of the area:
Please have the following information ready and call our customer service line at (503) 648-4219.

  • Address where service will be stopped
  • Name on the account
  • Last day service will be requested and we can collect the carts. Please note that the final collection must occur on your regularly scheduled collection day.
  • Forwarding address for billing information

Moving to another location in our service area:
Please call one week in advance of making your move and have the following information available when calling our customer service line at (503) 648-4219.

  • Address where service will be stopped
  • Name on the account
  • Last day service will be requested at the old address
  • New address for service and requested start up date

We will provide you with your new pick up day when you call to make the service change.

Monday 01/15/2024 to Wednesday 01/17/2024 customers can set out garbage this week 01/22/2024 thru 01/26/2024 equivalent to service size at no extra charge.
Monday through Wednesday yard debris will be picked up on your next scheduled yard debris day.

Drop Box Height Configuration

10 Yard Drop Box Configuration

Generally used for heavy materials such as dirt or concrete.

Materials CANNOT protrude above the top edge of the box.

20 Yard Drop Box Configuration

Generally used for composite roofing waste materials and construction/demolition

Materials CANNOT protrude above the top edge of the box. Extremely heavy materials cannot excede the heavy load limit line.

30 Yard Drop Box Configuration

Generally used for large construction sites and lighter, bulkier materials.

Materials CANNOT protrude above the top edge of the box.

40 Yard Drop Box Configuration

Generally used for large construction sites and large, light-weight materials.

Materials CANNOT protrude above the top edge of the box.
